Here at minni we strive to give our customers the quickest shipping times possible, as we believe that is the most important thing for any online-based company. 

Our shipping can generally be separated into two parts processing times and delivery times.

PROCESSING TIME: 

Our processing time consists of order verification, payment processing and verification, product quality check, packaging, and data server upload times. Due to the high volume of orders at the moment, our processing time is 4 business days. 

DELIVERY TIME:

The shipping time refers to the time your product takes from being shipped out, to being delivered at your doorstep. 

There can be many factors that go into delivery times which could be out of our control. We are based in Chicago, Illinois and work with third party fulfillment services and national shipping carriers like FEDEX, USPS, & Canadian Post to guarantee the fastest and most convenient delivery.

Delivery times based on location:

USA: 5-9 business days

Canada: 10-12 business days

United Kingdom: 9-13 business days

Elsewhere: 7-13 business days

These shipping times are averaged from our last 1000 orders, so we can provide our customers with the most accurate and transparent information we can. 

All orders receive tracking numbers with live updates on your package, all tracking information will sent within 24 - 72 hours.
